Yo cre\u00eda que lo mas dif\u00edcil de ser madre era el embarazo, aunque hice un curso pisco profil\u00e1ctico no sabia muy bien a que se refer\u00edan o definitivamente uno asimila las cosas cuando le suceden y las vives en carne propia. Di a luz a un hermoso bebe, una ces\u00e1rea muy tranquila y ah\u00ed fue donde todo empez\u00f3... Algo que yo tenia muy claro era que quer\u00eda y deb\u00eda dar teta y darle formula a mi bebe, aunque nadie me lo hab\u00eda recomendado ni tampoco tuve alguna experiencia cercana sobre el tema, solo ten\u00eda esa convicci\u00f3n en mente. Y as\u00ed me lo propuse! No tenia idea de lo dif\u00edcil y el sacrificio que implica, sobretodo al inicio. Esos primeros d\u00edas me sent\u00eda una esclava, estaba agotada, sin dormir, frustrada, gracias a Lorena que estuvo acompa\u00f1\u00e1ndome d\u00eda a d\u00eda en mi casa, literalmente junto a mi, escuch\u00e1ndome, aconsej\u00e1ndome sobre como sanar mis pezones rotos, las posturas adecuadas para amamantar, como ordenarme manualmente para evitar una mastitis, como almacenar mi leche, distinguir los llantos de mi bebe para saber si tenia hambre, sue\u00f1o, quer\u00eda que lo cambiara, de no ser as\u00ed estoy segura que hubiese desistido sobre dar de amamantar a mi hijo, si embargo, dure a\u00f1o y dos meses con Lactancia Materna Exclusiva. Mi primer hijo sufri\u00f3 mucho de c\u00f3licos y le era muy dif\u00edcil relajarse, por lo que me ense\u00f1\u00f3 los masajes para beb\u00e9s, eso lo ayudo much\u00edsimo, tanto el como yo nos relaj\u00e1bamos, disfrut\u00e1bamos ese momento y lo ayudaba a dormir mejor. \n\nCon mi segunda hija no fue muy distinto, aunque sabia a lo que me enfrentaba, hubo pezones rotos, dolor en los senos, me asesoro una vez m\u00e1s sobre como ordenarme para aliviar el dolor, mejorar el agarre, refrescamos los masajes para ayudar en caso de c\u00f3licos y para relajar a mi bebe. Mi beba tiene 3 meses y se mantiene con Lactancia Materna Exclusiva. \n

Al principio me cuestion\u00e9 si necesitar\u00edamos asesor\u00eda o nos dej\u00e1bamos llevar por el instinto, sin embargo a la final despu\u00e9s de conversar con mi esposo decidimos buscar ayuda con el tema de lactancia materna exclusiva con Lorena Jim\u00e9nez (Famikids).\n\nA Lorena la conoc\u00eda desde hace a\u00f1os, pero el v\u00ednculo que se hizo desde esa primera charla que acudimos con otras parejas fue incre\u00edble y en ese momento decidimos que ser\u00eda nuestra gu\u00eda en esta nueva etapa de nuestras vidas.\n\nTener la oportunidad de aclarar todas las dudas con respecto a la Lactancia Materna Exclusiva y que mi esposo se sintiera parte importante del mismo proceso fue clave para sentirnos seguros de nuestra decisi\u00f3n de darle leche materna a nuestro hijo.\n\nYa con fecha de ces\u00e1rea en mano quisimos que Lorena nos acompa\u00f1ara ese d\u00eda. Para orientarnos ya con el beb\u00e9 toda la teor\u00eda que hab\u00edamos aprendido, lo que no sab\u00edamos es que el beb\u00e9 decidi\u00f3 salir antes, fue prematuro y se complic\u00f3 un poco y ten\u00eda que ir a la UCI unos d\u00edas, eso fue casi amaneciendo y nos dan la noticia que tienen que llevarlo a otra cl\u00ednica, nosotros est\u00e1bamos demasiado nerviosos y tristes por la noticia. Jam\u00e1s se me olvidar\u00e1 que la primera persona que vi saliendo del quir\u00f3fano aparte de mi familia fue a Lorena.\n\nRecuerdo que le ped\u00ed a mi esposo y mam\u00e1 que nada m\u00e1s entrara ella porque en medio de mi angustia y desesperaci\u00f3n de no tener al bebe conmigo sab\u00eda que me necesitaba calmar y sab\u00eda que en ella lo podr\u00eda lograr. Y as\u00ed fue Lorena me gui\u00f3 ese d\u00eda con la extracci\u00f3n de leche materna porque se la ten\u00eda que mandar al bebe a la otra cl\u00ednica y a mi me calm\u00f3 y me hizo sentir segura para recuperarme r\u00e1pido y al d\u00eda siguiente poder estar con mi hijo.\n\nYa lo dem\u00e1s fue a\u00f1adidura una Lactancia Materna por 6 meses, mi esposo pieza clave los primeros d\u00edas con ayuda de Lorena que nos hac\u00eda visitas en la casa para ayudarnos con tema de colocaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9, ese era el papel importante de mi esposo, ayudarme con una postura correcta. Luego con sus alimentos complementarios jam\u00e1s tom\u00f3 formula y por eso fue y sigue siendo tan sano Jes\u00fas Ignacio. \n\nUna de las piezas m\u00e1s claves de mi maternidad fue Lorena Jim\u00e9nez y agradezco de ella tener una respuesta precisa de su parte a tantas preguntas realizadas en todo este proceso que siempre generaron seguridad y tranquilidad.\n

\nLuego de tener a un bebe comienza una de las etapas mas importantes seg\u00fan mi opini\u00f3n y es la lactancia materna. Causa angustia, intranquilidad y hasta miedo... \nHoy concluimos las clases de masajes mi mama y yo. Y por ese logro nos dieron un diploma y hasta con birrete lo recibimos!!! Beneficios de los masajes comprobados por mi mama y yo: \n\n1. Mi sue\u00f1o ha mejorado considerablemente, antes yo no hac\u00eda siestas diurnas por lo que al final del d\u00eda estaba muyyy cansada y lloraba mucho, ahora hago hasta 4 siestas incluyendo una larga de 3 horas \ud83d\ude42 . \n\n2. Mi llanto ha mejorado a\u00fan m\u00e1s considerablemente, al punto que ya no armo berrinches sino que pido las cosas con amor y sutileza como una gatita je je\n\n3. Los d\u00edas parecen eternos, la sensaci\u00f3n de tener un bebe prematuro es inexplicable pero es en ese momento donde se refuerza la fe, aprendemos a dar el doble de gracias a Dios y a la Virgen, nadie te ense\u00f1a como ser padres pero solo entiendes que debes estar bien y vivir por ellos para darle los mejor, que si ellos est\u00e1n luchando tan chiquitos a ti solo te queda luchar con ellos!! Aferrarte a lo maravilloso que Dios te regalo, entender la bendici\u00f3n que es traer vida al mundo y aunque sea duro no afligirte sino agradecer la vida, orar por el bien y saber que luego pasa y tendr\u00e1s todos los d\u00edas de tu vida a un milagrito en tu casa que el d\u00eda de ma\u00f1ana te llamara mami o papi... Y entender\u00e1s que todo vali\u00f3 la pena, que Dios no da guerras a quien no pueda con ellas y aprender\u00e1s a valorar el doble a Dios a tu familia y veras la vida como si todo es un milagro entender\u00e1s que todo se da por que Dios lo quiso as\u00ed... Te doler\u00e1n todos los ni\u00f1os del mundo y brindaras tu apoyo porque Mar\u00eda Mercedes es nuestra guerrera y es nuestro milagro que Dios y la Virgen nos mandaron con pruebas dif\u00edciles pero gracias a ellos con una beba ya en casa feliz, sana muy sana y ahora con muchas ganas de comer y disfrutar de su familia, familia y amigos.
